Privacy Policy

Milo Wellness ("Milo"), operated by Wraplet, provides general wellness habit, activity, sleep, mood, energy, routine and progress tools. This policy explains how Milo handles information.

Information we process

• Account information such as email address, display name and authentication identifiers when you create an account using email/password or Google sign-in.
• Wellness information you choose to enter, including goals, habits, completion history, mood, energy, sleep and routine progress.
• Messages you submit to Milo Coach. A current message may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response; Milo does not use Coach content for advertising.
• Google Play subscription identifiers, purchase tokens and entitlement status used to verify paid access. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not received by Milo.
• Technical request, security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use information to provide synchronization, account access, personalized wellness features, subscription verification, safety responses, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and support. Milo does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Storage and sharing

Core tracking works locally and offline. If you sign in, selected app data can synchronize through Cloudflare services. Authentication is provided by Google Firebase. Coach messages may be processed by OpenAI. Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. These providers process data only to deliver their services under their own terms and applicable agreements. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains on your device until you remove it, clear app data or uninstall. Cloud account data is retained while your account exists and may be retained briefly in security logs or backups where required for service integrity or law. You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data inside Milo under Profile → Permanently delete account. You may also follow the instructions on the account deletion page.

Your choices

You may use core features as a guest, control notifications in the app or device settings, export local data from Profile, and request account deletion. Contact info@wraplet.app for privacy questions.

Age and wellness notice

Milo is intended for people aged 16 and over and is not directed to children. Milo provides general wellness information, not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.
