Delete your Milo account and data

Delete inside the app

1. Open Milo and sign in.
2. Open You.
3. Select Permanently delete account.
4. Confirm the warning.

This permanently deletes your sign-in account, your Milo cloud backup (profile, missions, activity totals, check-ins, world progress and coins) and any other records linked to your account. Milo data on that phone is then cleared. Guest data that never left your phone is removed by resetting your profile in You, clearing the app's data or uninstalling.

If you cannot access the app, email info@wraplet.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What may be retained

Limited security logs and encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 days before they are overwritten, and crash reports for up to 90 days. They are not used to recreate your account. Advertising partners keep ad data according to their own policies; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
