Delete your Milo account and data

Delete inside the app

1. Open Milo and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Permanently delete account.
4. Confirm the warning.

This deletes your Firebase identity and Milo cloud profile, synchronized habits, wellness state, Coach allowance records and linked entitlement records. Local Milo data and credentials are then cleared from that device.

If you cannot access the app, email info@wraplet.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What may be retained

Minimal security logs, transaction records required by Google Play, or backups may remain for a limited period where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance or recovery. They are not used to recreate your account. Deleting Milo does not cancel a Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.
