By using Milo Wellness, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 16. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or unlawfully access Milo or another person's data.

General wellness only

Milo supports habits and general wellbeing. It does not diagnose, prescribe, replace professional medical advice or guarantee outcomes. Do not use Milo for emergencies; contact local emergency services or a qualified professional when appropriate.

Subscriptions

Optional Milo Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellation and refunds follow the terms shown by Google Play at purchase. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not normally end access before the paid period expires. Core free features and your records are not erased when Premium ends.

Content and availability

You retain rights in information you enter. You grant Milo permission to process it only as needed to operate the service. Recommendations may be generated automatically and can be imperfect. Features may change, and service access may occasionally be interrupted.

Termination and liability

You may stop using Milo and delete your account at any time. Wraplet may restrict abusive or unlawful use. To the extent permitted by law, Milo is provided without guarantees and Wraplet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
